• Meta and WhatsApp contact identifiers — your WhatsApp phone number, or the Facebook/Instagram page-scoped user ID that Meta's platforms provide us when you message us.
• Your name — if you give it to us, or if it's shown on the public profile of the account you message us from.

We do not intentionally request or store payment details or sensitive identity documents through these channels.

Why we collect it

• Customer support — to answer your questions and help you plan your visit.
• AI-assisted replies — we use an AI assistant (Ranger AI) to help answer common questions quickly; our team can review and step into these conversations.
• Bookings — to create, confirm and manage bookings for your visit or event.

How long we keep it

We retain chat logs and the contact details tied to them for as long as needed to provide support, complete bookings, and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify them once there is no longer an operational or legal need to keep them.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. Messages sent over WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram DMs are processed through Meta's official APIs (the Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform) and are also subject to Meta's own privacy policy. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as hosting or AI tooling) who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
